许多老人认为对于养老设施中的医疗服务，康复比诊疗更为重要。这是由于入住养老设施的老人多年龄较大，更有许多老人经历了大病、手术或者受过伤，需要特别的康复练习与照顾，因此康复设施与康复指导对老人来说是非常必要的(图2)。老人对保健也很在意，常做理疗、按摩，很喜欢足疗，希望老年公寓能够提供保健服务。
Many elderly people believe that rehabilitation is more important than diagnosis and treatment for medical services in elderly care facilities. This is because many elderly people who reside in elderly care facilities are older, and many have experienced major illnesses, surgeries, or injuries that require special rehabilitation practice and care. Therefore, rehabilitation facilities and guidance are very necessary for the elderly (Figure 2). Elderly people are also very concerned about health care, often undergoing physical therapy and massage, and enjoy foot therapy. They hope that elderly apartments can provide health services.
同时许多老人表示“希望*人士来进行康复、养生指导”，也希望养老公寓能经常组织养生讲座、郊游等活动，使生活更丰富多彩。
At the same time, many elderly people express the hope that * individuals can provide rehabilitation and health guidance, and also hope that elderly care apartments can regularly organize health lectures, outings, and other activities to make life more colorful.
5. 饮食条件：选择性强，满足多样需求

民以食为天，饮食服务水平也是老人评价养老机构满意度的重要指标，调研中，当问到对饮食服务是否满意时，许多老人表示入住的设施并不能很好地满足大家的餐饮需求。
Food is the top priority for the people, and the level of food service is also an important indicator for elderly people to evaluate the satisfaction of elderly care institutions. In the survey, when asked whether they are satisfied with the food service, many elderly people expressed that the facilities they stay in cannot effectively meet everyone's dining needs.
①品种多样化，能照顾特殊需求

由于不同的背景和经历，不同老人口味和饮食习惯差异很大，很多老人表示希望餐厅的食物种类能够丰富、多样，满足南北方人的不同饮食需求，*好能针对个人的饮食习惯和口味提供个性化的饮食服务，并且能照顾到老人生病时特殊的饮食需求。
Due to different backgrounds and experiences, there are significant differences in the tastes and dietary habits of different elderly people. Many elderly people express the hope that the food variety in the restaurant can be rich and diverse, meeting the different dietary needs of people from the north and south. This way, personalized dietary services can be provided based on individual dietary habits and tastes, and can also take care of the special dietary needs of the elderly when they are sick.
②就餐环境多样化，人性化

At the same time, many elderly people hope to have a diverse dining environment, such as couples who want to eat quietly, and single elderly people who like to be lively, so there are both lively and quiet atmospheres for elderly people to choose from (Figure 3). And the elderly also hope to have a good view and relax during meals. For high-end elderly care products, many elderly people believe that there should be a small restaurant in the room. "When you feel unwell, someone will bring food in the room.
